Weapons
Destro's Malign Lament
The original version of this blade, crafted and wielded by the fair hand of the Noble Champion Lillend of Breakwater following her decapitation of the Loyalist 'Destro the Malicious' has since been often recreated. The weapon, like the villain it is named after, is a chaotic mishmash seemingly compiled and crushed together in an altogether haphazard way. The blade is an amalgation of teeth from one or more predatory hedge beasts of which there are no small number to choose from. The original was made from the teeth and claws of the Sea Serpent that Destro was using as a mount but more modern versions have been known to be made from whatever sizeable hedge beast is available at the time. The quillions and handle of the blade are usually made from the Thorns of the Hedge, secured in place and attached to the blade with the hair of a Thrice Blessed Maiden of Summer and silk from a Hedge Spider. The pommel in the original version was made from the actual shrunken decapitated head of Destro. Such was the indignation of being bound to the weapon and to see and hear the work the blade was put to in Lillend's hands reputedly caused the head to shriek, gibber and utter unintelligable and nerve wracking curses every time the edge cut the flesh and bone of her foes. Today's pommels are usually the shrunken heads of those who were known to be black hearted and full of bitterness and spite.
Ingredients: Teeth and Claws taken from a large, predatory Hedge Beast, The hair of a Blessed Maiden of Summer, Silk from a Hedge Spider, Thorns taken from the Hedge that have never drawn blood, one shrunken head that is mocked in whispered tones for a full night under the darkness of the New Moon.
Mask: This appears to be a foam latex weapon shaped to look like a sword and crafted from bone.

Kurdrin & Mogrots Patented 'Unsavory' Gobbit Chucker
After much experimentation and including the unfortunate demise of Kurdrin and Mogrots partner and test dummy at the time, Cashorin the Foolish, the pair of Hobs managed to perfect their patented 'Unsavoury' model Gobbit Chucker. It is a relatively simple design, if a slightly fragile one and prone to having a slightly malign and disquieting temprement. A standard Gobbit Chucker is a simple four to six inch long hollow tube of Hedge Granite with a button, activation needle and end caps shaped from wood from the Jargle Bush. Held in place within the tube is a small variety of the Ullas Slug, known for its poisonous nature and severe (some would say somewhat explosive) allergy to the Jargle Bush. When the Jargle wood button is pressed the needle is jabbed into the Ullas Slug and the cap at the other end is lifted allowing the resulting 'Gobbit' from the reaction of a pickled/preserved Ullas Slug to the Jargle needle to be 'Chucked' in the direction that the tube is pointing. The 'Gobbit' is normally a hardening splash of acidic liquid due to the nature of the reaction that retains some of the poisonous properties of the Slugs blood. The Unsavoury Gobbit Chucker is also available in larger, more potent variations, including Kurdrin and Mogrots flagship model, the 'Disgustingly Horrific and Morally Wrong' Gobbit Chucker.
Ingredients: Hedge Granite taken from a mountain that has been crushed beneath an avalanche of Ice, Containment mechanism and firing pin crafted from the heartwood of the Jargle Bush, Sap/vital fluids taken from a Bloodvine and mixed with tears shed in joy at a delightful meal to act as an adhesive to bind it all together. 1 small Ullas Slug pickled in brine and Briarwolf blood to act as ammunition (can be replaced once completely destroyed).
Mask: This appears to be a simple cylinder of dull grey stone with rough wooden ornamentation.

- Damage +0L, range 30/60/120, clip 5, 1/P, Durability 1

Clothing
Tha Wee Beastie Suit
Despite the almost childish name of these suits, amongst the Hob Clans in the Wall of Corn they are often seen being worn by some of the most scarred and unpleasant looking characters. Quite often when they are riding or leading something with claws the length of a mans forearm and teeth like kitchen knives. The suits themselves seem to be a heavy set of different furs and/or feathers layered one upon the other and bound together with ligaments and thin vines from the Hedge. The furs are attached to suit of hardened leather created from the hides of Hedge creatures.
Ingredients: Fur taken from at least 5 different types of Hedge Beast, leather created from at least 5 different types of Hedge Beast, vines/sticks/thorns used to create or line the nest/den of a Hedge Beast.
Mask: Seems to be a large, ragged fur coat with patches of stiff leather used to repair it.
Stats:
- Armoured - 1/0
- Increased Protection x2
- Socially Acceptable - Animal Ken
- Armour 3/2, Durability 3, Strutcure 2, Initative Mod -1
- 3 point Hedgespun Armour
Unwholesome Hose
These trousers made in a variety of styles, from skin tight through to huge baggy flares and generally fit all sorts of body shapes and sizes regardless of (or even the absence of) gender. They are crafted from the tanned skin of Hobs and dyed midnight black with shadows from the most disturbing of places. They are regularly adorned with various bits and pieces, from polished silver skulls (that come from pixie's) for buttons, lacing made from ligaments, patterns drawn in blood collected from the Thorns and other unpleasant enhancements.
Ingredients: Skin taken from the legs of Hobs and tanned. Shadows taken from a graveyard at the witching hour or from a place in the Hedge that has never seen light of any kind, decoration taken from another being and used to adorn the item somehow.
Mask: Seems to be a pair of fancy black trousers, most often looking to be made from leather.
Stats:
- Standard
- On its Own
- Socially Acceptable - Intimidation
- 2 point Hedgespun Clothing
Shields
Blade Barrier
Many Summer Courtiers ascribe to the 'if you don't get hit, you don't get hurt' way of thinking and it was out this that a now long dead Ogre created this shield. Well, shield is a bit of misnomer as this thing is less of a shield and more of an armoured door that you carry around with you to hide behind. Easily as big as a man and reinforced with crimson glass, this monster bit of equipment is guaranteed to resist even the strongest blow from an enraged Gargantuan and even the teeth of a Gristlegrinder have been known to break upon it. Whilst incredibly cumbersome, many swear that without it they wouldn't be here today.
Ingredients: One single piece of Hedgewood that has been left to bake and harden under the Sun, Oil that has the ground up filings/dust from a sword that has been used on the winning side of a fight to treat the wood, Glass blown at noon that has been mixed with blood spilled in defense.
Mask: Appears as a battered door with a cracked stained glass window in it.
Stats:
- Increased Armour
- Fae Reinforcement
- Armour 4, Durability 4, Structure 5, Strength Requirement 5, -4 to draws to attack when being held.
- 3 point Hedgespun Shield
